Repeat Prescriptions

Many regular medications can be issued on repeat prescription with the priorhilary2 agreement of the doctor.  These CANNOT be dispensed on the same day that they are ordered.

To comply with the law every prescription must be signed by the doctor before being dispensed and by the patient, or their representative, before collection.

Please phone or call along to speak to reception staff, giving at least 24 hours notice, for any repeat medicines that you need.  If you want to collect medications from the Old Haa, Burravoe (Monday only) or Cullivoe Hall (Tuesday only) you MUST order them by the previous Friday; orders for Fetlar medications MUST be in the Tuesday of the week that the GP visits.

Can you add the day you want to collect your medicines in the "comments" box please?  This will help us dispense the prescriptions in the order that they will be collected and may save you a wait!
